Why do I need to sign this consent to transfer?

As a licensed employment agency, we need to make sure that you agree to transfer your helper before we make the effort to arrange interviews to prospective employers for your helper.

We will find employers for your current helper, once your helper agreed to work for the new employer, we will discuss with you the transfer date.

Once the new work permit application is approval, we will send you a declaration form provided by Ministry of Manpower. Your helper work permit under you as the employer will be cancelled.
